There are a few ways to interact with CHIRPER:

Characters receive a notification to please fill out the form, which is fully optional. There is a character requirement of two characters per answer field. This is to discourage leaving the spaces blank.
When forms are not filled out, they can be filled out by the companion bots of Etraya!
Other characters can be prompted to fill out their friends' profiles for them. This includes the Q&A section!
Alternatively, they choose not to fill out the form, and it remains unfilled! These unfilled profiles will not be posted live.
Characters either like or dislike others CHIRPER profiles. These responses are private between the characters involved.

For those who do post a top level, CHIRPER toplevels are worth five extra points regardless of if they are put up willingly by the character themselves. These five extra points do apply to the 25 maximum per month.

It's a neat place, from one nerd to another. If you ever come by, let me know, I can give you a tour. I don't know who brought this place in, it was abandoned when I got here. I've done what I can to clean it up.

There's honestly not enough time in the day to be a massive nerd.

Seems to be the case. It's also massive- there shouldn't be this many rooms. Even stranger: there's a few rooms I can't find a door to.

I apologize, Mr. Parker. You've unwittingly stepped into a professional disagreement between Mr. Talis and myself. The project he's mentioned is exceedingly dangerous and untested. It's not my intent to prevent you from doing anything, only to make a point to Mr. Talis that, having failed to address my reservations, I am not sanguine with him recruiting a young adult to assist without informing you of the nature of the project.

But this whole place tends to be kind of dangerous, so I'm not too worried.
