...I'm sure people have probably noticed by now, but the other people from my world are... not here anymore. They've been gone for a while, actually. I'm the only left.

We're in a vibrant world with people of all sorts. But, the catch is we have to be undercover as if we've always lived here. We were given new abilities to fit in.

Oh really? Like superhero identities and that kind of thing? Like from comic books and stuff?

Supposedly? We don’t have those at home so, I’ve been relying on the knowledge of friends. I am familiar with undercover work, however.

Huh. I've never gone undercover myself, really, though I know others who have. But keeping abilities and identities a secret does sound like superhero stuff.

So you got a new ability? What did you get?
