There must be more than the official story we've been given. His appearance complicates matters and is generating even more questions. It's surprising Echo hasn't taken action yet.

Do you think Echo cares more about any one bubble city than the rest?

With so little information we have about other cities like Etraya, it's hard to say one way or another. The missions where we were off world were different from Etraya.

But we have any info at all, right? This planet we're on has more than one bubble city. Why would Solmara or whatever it was have happened if Echo was super invested in the details of any one of them?

That's ultimately a question to Echo. We don't know if they're actually trying to help or if this is all just one sadistic game.

It's a game either way. The intent behind it is what's still unclear on the table. Or. You know what I mean, I think.
