Chirper
Welcome to our bi-monthly CHIRPER post!
There are a few ways to interact with CHIRPER:
- Characters receive a notification to please fill out the form, which is fully optional. There is a character requirement of two characters per answer field. This is to discourage leaving the spaces blank.
- When forms are not filled out, they can be filled out by the companion bots of Etraya, or by other characters on behalf of their friends! This includes the Q&A section.
- Characters can either like or dislike others' CHIRPER profiles. These responses are public.
- This is voluntary on an OOC basis; if the character doesn't have a profile completed by themselves or anyone else, nothing shows up for them on CHIRPER.
- For those who do post a top level, CHIRPER profiles are worth five extra points regardless of if they are put up willingly by the character themselves. These five extra points do apply to the 25 maximum per month.
Please feel free to switch out any of the Q&A questions with those listed here!
**This is a fixed version of the code, sorry about that!

Re: private
2/fin
Fine, sir. I'll bring food. We'll eat like a big goddamn family.
private
Re: private
He leaves it at that for a while. He can't make sense of Harold's game here. His assumption had been that the whole team would be together to witness Bossie's punishment, as an example to everyone not to harass someone Harold cares about. But he doesn't think Harold is strong enough to punish him alone. Unless that's the test. Unless Bossie is meant to just sit quiet and take it, even from a man he could otherwise beat.
Well fuck. He can do that. He'll tie his own goddamn hands behind his back and let Harold drowned him if he has to. He's no bitch. He'll do it with a smile.]
It's up to you, sir.
Re: private
He is abruptly extremely tired, a sensation that keeps coming over him in waves, passing by and then returning. ]
I'd like to see all of you are alive and in one piece with my own eyes, if it isn't too much of an imposition.
Re: private
I'm making mac and cheese, sir.
[It's all he knows to make for a group.]
Re: private
He just wants a nice calm team dinner in which no one is losing their minds or dying, damn it. ]
I think that will be lovely. I'll ask Mr. Reese to make a side salad.
Re: private
He decides not to tell Harold about that; he'd rather not get John in trouble for friendly fire. Friendly fire is the sort of sin you hang for, but it was an honest mistake.]
He doing okay?
Re: private
Well enough. There was something in the fog that rattled him but nothing we can't move past.
Re: private
[Nothing he can do about it if John isn't fine anyway.]
Is that all, sir?
Re: private
I don't want to presume further, but in case you weren't aware, there is treatment and medication available at the hospital.
Re: private
Why's he untrustworthy? Besides him being a shrink.
[He already doesn't trust Crane because of that]
Re: private
To my extreme displeasure I have no further information to offer, only that the warning came from a credible source.
Re: private
[He can't have Harold knowing that what he needs is a psychiatrist.]
Seems like Crane is someone to keep an eye on then.
Re: private
Yes. Please let me know if you discover anything in that regard.
But if you'd like reputable guidance on what medications to take, Dr. Robert Romano has seemed credible to me. Actually, he's posted on Chirper himself, here.
Re: private
[He'll poke Romano, though.]
Re: private
He's a chemist and a psychiatrist? When could the man possibly have the time to do both? In any case, that is a very far cry from being a pharmacist -- and compounding pharmacies are notoriously unregulated free-for-alls, for that matter.
Please for the sake of my blood pressure do not take any substances he offers you unless they've been independently verified to do what he says they will do.
Re: private
Re: private
But I am worried about your well-being and the possibility that you could be taken advantage of by an unscrupulous drug dealer masquerading as a legitimate medical professional, yes.
Re: private
I won't let you down, sir.
Re: private
Re: private
So he doesn't answer for a long time. His hands are shaking too much to type. What he finally manages is just:]
Ok
Re: private
I've informed Ms. Shaw of your assignment. I suspect she's making ready as we speak, but just to be clear on the parameters, there's really no urgency and I don't expect Mr. Rosfield to be inhospitable. Don't push yourselves unduly.
