how many people need a primer on survivalism for this mission?general headcount and identifications would be useful, so others can keep an eye out for you also, once we're in.( to be helped, of course. )
gathering some info on this already, so I'll edit a bit later to add a basic guide below.

You're fucking right it would. I don't know anyone here, and I'm too old for a damn babysitter, so it'd be less of that and more 'creepy stalker.'
no subject
you'd be surprised the number of people I've had to proverbially babysit who consider themselves too old for a babysitter and still needed one( #justsuperheroworldthings )

You must know a lot of dumbasses. [He's so nice.] Are any of them here?
no subject
oh definitelyand yesyes they are
no subject
So you're going to split your time between your own survival and keeping an eye on them. That sucks.

luckily enough it's not exactly new, so I'm used to it alreadyno subject

no but I've had to navigate the chaos of a battlefront numerous times so it can't exactly get more stressful than thatno subject

yep it sure wasso yeah this is much more of a cake-walkno subject

the nature of it being a labyrinth kind of negates that possiblityor rathereven if there are situations that warrant guns/rockets/knives, it's still a maze with a lot of places to hide
and also if rockets were actually useful, you could just obliterate your way to the end and I doubt they're keen on testing how well we use combustible ammunitionno subject
You've given this some thought.
[That isn't a complaint, it's good to get the perspective from someone who's apparently pretty familiar with that kind of weaponry.]

tactical analysis is part of my regular job( and he'll just leave it at that. )
no subject
That's really fucking useful. What's your perspective on this whole shitshow in general?

we can't take anything at face value, but we can't distrust everything we're given either. their providing only what it necessary to appease but not to satisfy, which means their agenda is about control and not whether or not we can really prove ourselves.there are still too many unknowns to determine their real motives, but the fact they are acting under the guise of helping us is something we should leverage to our benefit. every resource we're given should be used to its fullest.for now, there is not yet any true cause for alarm. stay the course and keep your eyes and ears open.no subject
Control would make a hell of a lot of sense.]
Okay. All of that's useful to know.
Is there any kind of concentrated effort into investigating this shit hole?
[Because if there is it seems like this guy would be involved.]

not yetfor now, if there were to be anything of the sort, it'd be best to meet in person, as this network is monitoredgive it some time thoughif I hear anything, I'll let you know
no subject
He should probably check with her as to whether she's actively monitoring that, or just letting him use her network passively.]
Alright, that's fine. That was all I wanted to ask.

sureif you ever need to reach me for any other reason, drop a note in my inboxwe can meet up, if needed

[He types that while inwardly having already decided that there's no way he's ever going to do that if he needs help with something. Asking for help from other people? Nope, no way, not happening.]
