how many people need a primer on survivalism for this mission?
general headcount and identifications would be useful, so others can keep an eye out for you also, once we're in.

gathering some info on this already, so I'll edit a bit later to add a basic guide below.

I suppose I can offer help as a survivalist to those who need it. People need only ask.

Right. Well I know about surviving in the wild. I lived out there for over a year. So if anyone wants to know about making a camp, what's needed for a good fire, how to forage, lay traps, that sort of thing, I can help. I also was a soldier so I have combat skills.

I think if it weren't for the implied miscellaneous and dangerous traps, people like us could actually have fun doing this instead of
whatever this counts as

I suppose the fact it hasn't done so already is proof that it's not that easy to accomplish.

Or perhaps this isn't the first time a group has been gathered to prevent it.

In my experience, the truth of things is never revealed until the people in charge have their backs against the wall and have no choice.

[ Not that the captain and AI in the last place he was were bad people, but some things may have gone smoother if they'd revealed more from the start. ]

if we attempt anything, we need to prepare for it to backfire
the lady can bring in whole ass buildings from other worlds after all
I'm sure that's not the limit of her powers and that she won't share the rest until she has to
