Hello, citizens of Etraya.

Our next mission will begin on Friday, November 15th. This mission will take place within a country called Auriel, and will last for approximately five weeks. Your mission parameters are to find the Lost Vestiges that have been left within Auriel and give them my token, so that I may retrieve them when I return for all of you. In addition to this, you are to display cultural understanding of those who live within Auriel.

Auriel is a country populated by people commonly known as the Fae. They have five Courts, each representing their own community within their country. In addition, each Court has their own boons and flaws. During your time here, you will take on these boons, and flaws, and in addition, will be given a Glamour to allow you to blend in amongst them. You will receive a briefing dossier on the laws of the Fae, in addition to their customs.

Please be careful about revealing your identities. The Fae are extremely prejudiced against outsiders, and I will not be able to gather you any sooner than December 12th. If anything happens before then, I will not be able to help you.

I would like to bring them back with us considering how dangerous it would be to leave them behind, but if they absolutely refuse to return, there is nothing I can do.

This is the only time we will be able to attempt to retrieve them, although other cities may receive chances in the future.

[consiliaria]

Oh, I whole-heartedly agree. I would prefer not to leave anyone behind, on their side or ours. If we run into anyone who does refuse, would you like us to obtain any information on them to pass along on the chance another city might attempt to reach them?

Another question, are you at liberty to discuss your counterpart, or no?

If you would gather information, that would be helpful.

I can speak of Castor.

I'd be delighted. It's a specialty of mine.

Excellent. Do you know if this is something he's done before? Should we expect more of this in the future? I haven't been here long, but I am curious how often we might find ourselves cleaning up after the other cities.

[arora]

I can only communicate with my siblings when we are within range of one another. But this is the second quest I will have sent Etrayans on to retrieve Polluxians.

I would not say this is a common occurrence. But I would not be surprised if there were a few more straggles to collect.

[consiliaria]

Is that a limitation of the way you have to communicate or are you not allowed otherwise?

The second. [ Mel's expression is very not impressed. It's good this is over text. ]

How many people were retrieved the last time? Do you think there may be something wrong with his city? Twice is the start of a pattern.

It is a limitation to our communication method.

There were six that were retrieved previously. They are currently staying within our hospital while they recover. I do not believe it is something wrong with his city, but more a flaw in Castor's personality.

[consiliaria]

A flaw in his personality? I suppose we all have our own, but abandoning now twenty-three people is alarming, especially to dangerous circumstances. Is there any way to ensure he doesn't forget any more people?

[arora]

I have no control over his city, unfortunately.

[consiliaria]

That is unfortunate.

How is it you learn of the people who are left behind? Is there any way to use that to ensure no one is abandoned somewhere?

[arora]

We spoke regarding how our recent missions have gone with our people.

It's doubtful I can use our conversation to ensure no one else is abandoned, but I have asked him to be more responsible.

[consiliaria]

There's that at least. How confident are you that your advice will have any effect on his decisions?

[arora]

He is older than I am.

[consiliaria]

If that isn't a pain point I know well. You have my condolences. Older siblings are the hardest to make see reason.
