[The feed starts by showing a green eye, before she steps back a little more and her freckled face shows more, her red hair and antlers. Keyleth sits cross-legged at her apartment room, biting her lower lip before she gives a wave, tugging some hair back behind her pointed ears.]

Hello? I think this should be working. I've mostly been using this to write to people. But um. I'm Keyleth. If you know Vax, or Percy, they might have mentioned me, I'm a friend from back home. One of our Vox Machina group. I just figured since I've been here a bit, I should probably like, introduce myself properly or whatever. If anyone sees me Wildshape, please don't be scared? I can transform into different animals. Most often, it's usually a bird, so I can fly, or a sabertooth. That's probably me if you see one of those around. So uh. Don't be scared or attack me or anything?

Also, if there's like some sort of public gardens or something? I think I'd like to help with something like that. I've always been good with plants. I can heal, a little, but I'm no cleric like Pike or anything.

[She doesn't mind helping out where she can, but. Just. Putting that out there. She's no expert in regards to healing.]

You're not that slow a learner, Vax. [She tries to reassure him. She's seen him pick up his new abilities from the Matron and all, back home!]

They do? Oh. So they should still work if we leave on these missions? That's good!

[ Vax isn't unintelligent by any means, but it's clear his sister is the sharper one.

When it comes to the Matron's powers, he doesn’t see it as learning a new ability. Mastering his new powers was more instinctual. Like he was meant to have them. ]

They can, so long as the mission allows it. Sometimes, they don't.

So it can vary? I guess it'd just be back to our usual methods, without these, then.

[Nothing they weren't used to handling. Being without such technology. But she supposes that might be more of an issue for others who rely on them and are far more used to these devices in comparison.]

Missions are unpredictable, so yeah.

[ But Vax doesn't doubt they can handle it. ]

So, that just means we just have to stick together! Make sure we don't have to worry about these things.

[Keyleth is determined they would be able to figure it out. Together. They just have to stick together and help each other out on these missions!]

Of course we will.

[ He's not about to leave her by herself on a mission. ]

I know I'm newer to this, so I'll trust you and Percy. But the general idea of the missions, helping people and all, that doesn't sound that different to what we were doing back home, really.

[Keyleth says, giving a small smile and shrug of her shoulders, shifting her hair a little with the movement.]

Except that we're being pushed around by some entity that won't even speak to us.

[ Vax has thoughts about this and none of them are good, but he's done enough complaining in the past over it. His distrust of Echo is obvious. ]

Well. Yeah. There is that. But that's also not so weird for us, is it? I mean. Given your situation with the Matron and stuff.

[Not that she knew all the details there, but still. Keyleth at least figures Aurora is trying to do her best. Helping them out where she could. But she's not been here so long to have as much experience with the missions and such to go off of yet.]

That's not the same thing.

[ Vax is a little quick to defend his goddess. The Matron was a bargain and then a choice, even if the others don't agree with that choice. But it is a choice that will get harder over time. ]

[aershari]

Maybe not exactly, but. You know what I mean.

[Keyleth knows the Matron is important to him. What she did for him. For Vex. She gets it. She just can't help worrying about what it means for him going forward. But she's determined to support him regardless. Whatever may come.]

We don't know what Echo is.

[ A god? Maybe. But Echo could be anything. All they have are some mathematical scribbles that people are saying prove the multiverse is collapsing. ]

[aershari]

Maybe not. Yet. That doesn't mean we won't. But...if there's even a chance of what they are saying is true. I still want to do what I can to help save home. Our friends back there.

Until we find out more, we don't have much of a choice.

[ Vax says that like someone who has not always done his best regarding the missions, though. ]

I guess. But it's okay. We're in this together.

[Not just the three of them, but the rest of the people here. That they need to work together and figure things out. They weren't on their own, all of them in the same situation and dealing with this.]
