Chirper

CHIRPER

Welcome to our bi-monthly CHIRPER post!

There are a few ways to interact with CHIRPER:
  • Characters receive a notification to please fill out the form, which is fully optional. There is a character requirement of two characters per answer field. This is to discourage leaving the spaces blank.
  • When forms are not filled out, they can be filled out by the companion bots of Etraya, or by other characters on behalf of their friends! This includes the Q&A section.
  • Characters can either like ✅ or dislike ❌ others' CHIRPER profiles. These responses are public.
  • This is voluntary on an OOC basis; if the character doesn't have a profile completed by themselves or anyone else, nothing shows up for them on CHIRPER.
  • For those who do post a top level, profiles are worth 5 extra points regardless of if they are put up willingly by the character themselves. These 5 extra points do apply to the 25 maximum per month.
Please feel free to switch out any of the Q&A questions with those listed here!

true enough, but you never know when you might stumble into them eventually

It's happened once. It could happen again. We've all experienced stranger things coming here.

stranger than the weird obsession with horses thing or...?

[No, he's still not over that. That was a hell of a first impression for Etraya to make on him.]

Is the existence of multiple worlds and many of them coming to their ends not strange enough on its own?

There are always people obsessed with something. That's not strange. But I'd expect such a wide reach to come from a rich man, not a mechanoid being.

nah, not really

saying a robot can't want to fuck a horse??? that's pretty speciest of you!

He's not a rich robot. It usually takes far more money to serve unusual desires.

[personal profile] fitshaced 2026-05-07 08:45 pm (UTC)(link)
money doesn't appear to be much of a thing in this place though. so don't think that's really a factor

I also haven't seen any of that type of tea house. It may have to stay to his imagination.

don't imagine you'd find that in a brothel. now your local farm...

It'd require the type that specializes in unusual interests. They exist. If someone gets too intimate with the animals at a local farm, the farmer may take issue with that. My horse would kick them before they got the chance.

considering the number of farmers i've met willing to fuck their own goats, the farmer might only take an issue if he's not the one doing it
artofrevenge: (mood; 18)

Still a problem for the horse loving robot then. I also doubt any goat fucking farmers here are likely to fess up to it in public.

oh ho don't be so sure! where do you think i learned about it???

In a private conversation with the farmer, not in full view of the whole town he lived in. Anyone can come along and read what we say to each other here.

try loudly complaining in a pub about his goat having been fucked to death by someone. i mean sure, the farmer didn't do the fucking and he was pissed about having to pay money to the man for hitting him with a shovel afterwards, but it wasn't exactly a private matter

and if the goat fucker got caught and went for repayment for his injuries, i'd say he probably wasn't too concerned about it being a public matter either

Where the fuck are you from?

wallachia

it's as much of a shithole as you're thinking it is, but it's home
artofrevenge: (neutral; 03)

[personal profile] artofrevenge 2026-05-11 05:04 am (UTC)(link)
I am not familiar with Wallachia, but you've painted quite the picture of it.

I cannot say where I'm from is wonderful, for all I've never heard anyone speak of fucking farm animals in a public establishment.

Japan. Heard of it?
fitshaced: (115)

[personal profile] fitshaced 2026-05-11 05:13 am (UTC)(link)
i have actually.

never been out that far east before myself though so can't say i'm particularly familiar with it beyond what little bits i've read about it in diaries here and there.

Japan is closed to foreigners in my time. It's been closed for nearly a quarter a century. There's only a single port in which some Europeans dock and trade. Even so, they are kept isolated from the town. From what I've read, it stays that way for a couple centuries.

[personal profile] fitshaced 2026-05-11 05:23 am (UTC)(link)
you must be from a different time than me then. not something i've heard of before.

it's 1476 where i'm from. you?

[ Mizu hears the number echo in her mind. 1476. Fourteen seventy-six. For the first time, she's met someone from an earlier time than her. It makes her smile. It's not just her from anywhere around her century. He might still be nearly two hundred years from her time, but it's the opposite direction as Rin. ]

1657. You're from the time of the decline of the Ashikaga shogunate. They became weak and fought each other, the local daimyo gained more power, and there were a lot of conflicts until the current shogunate's family gained power over the whole country.
