As I am sure you have noticed, numerous individuals here are quite young.
[ Robin isn't referring to himself, but maybe he should be; he's outside, beside Accelerator whose frown matches the one on Robin's face. he doesn't speak up just yet, but leaves Robin to continue through: ]
Given the circumstances, it seems prudent to establish a safety net of sorts for those who may require it. Hawkeye had offered Bishop Publishing to 'capes', teens, and early twenties individuals; Accelerator and I are offering Ramsey Farm as a safe space for those who are fifteen years of age or younger. There will be one adult present, Willa Lisieux, and no others will be allowed on the premises.
This is meant to be a safe space for all of the youth who have found themselves here, regardless of their status.
[ Accelerator is chiming in here, for emphasis: ]
Yeah, it doesn't matter if you're a goddamn criminal or think you're a terrible person. This isn't just for 'good' people, or heroes, or whatever. We don't give a shit.
[ Robin tips his head back toward Accelerator, frown still present, but offers no follow up to that. Not yet. Instead, he follows up with a: ]
Do not hesitate to stop by.

If we were cut off, would the farm become available for everyone?
[It's not uncommon for villains to create a means of providing for their community and then horde it in exchange for fealty. So she's just making... sure...]

( discounting how many of them out there are people damian has become mildly fond of: it'd be an idiotic move all around. )
We wouldn't be able to sustain everyone initially with what is available on the farm, but I have contingencies in place for that already.

Well, at least you're honest about it.
[She's a little amused. He talks like a tiny Armsmaster.]
Good to know that someone's prepared at least.
I'm not actually interested in encroaching on your turf. In case that wasn't clear.
[Being around so many rugrats sounds like a personal hell to her. She never did care for kids. They're too small. They don't know how good they've got it.]

( it's not his turf either. damian doesn't particularly like children; they're loud, obnoxious, annoying, generally bad at following directives. he'd avoid calling claim entirely, except - someone has to do it. just like someone has to be prepared for every possible way this could go wrong. )
Lisieux was already caring for the farm before we decided to take up space on it, and I doubt it was to cover us in case our rations started thinning out. I would ask her if you're curious.
( if there were other facility options currently available that didn't have "wayne" written all over them, he wouldn't be here either. )

[She's not sure she's interested enough to follow up and interrogate some poor woman about her life choices.
She hesitates, her mind immediately going to Victoria's vague statements about whatever she's done in the future.]
If something goes really wrong (in terms of like, bad injuries or illness) feel free to message me. My power lets me heal people quickly and painlessly, including things like severed limbs or organ failure. I don't imagine it will because everyone else here is perfectly capable of getting themselves mangled regardless of age, but I figured I'd offer just in case.
[Mostly as a moral responsibility.]

Thank you. We will keep that in mind.
( good enough. )
