There is a building marked as Avengers Compound on the map. For those of you who know what that is, you're welcome to use the living quarters on a temporary or permanent basis.

A little slice of home, Captain Rogers? It looks like it has more features than Stark's old mansion did.

If the Xavier Institute gets any more residents, we should arrange for some competitive baseball matches.

Could get pretty chaotic with everyone's abilities, but it might also be more fun that way. I'm game.

We have rules on the use of powers.

But some things should be embraced, I think. When you are born with certain abilities, you should be able to use them in ways other than combative. Sometimes that includes a friendly game of baseball.
