hello, fellow unwilling etrayans. this is sophie cuckoo.
two things to address today. the first one is regarding NYX. if you don't know what the fuck im talking about, in charronway there's a massive building with grafitti all over and the entrance says 'all welcome'. it's our community center here in etraya, we offer homemade meals for lunch and dinner, community support and classes given by our fellow kidnapped, and a space for gatherings if you want to use it as such.
i am once more opening roles for cooks, and if you want to teach something to the community or if there's something you'd like to learn, let me know and i'll fix it in the schedule. in the mornings, you'll talk to chrissy and for our collective psychological well-being, never ever address me before 12pm, but i'm available there after that time and chrissy will tell me if you need anything prior to my soul returning to my body. i also know some of you got powers on earth, so if you need some testing grounds or help, that can be arranged too, although i want to make it clear i am a not a good teacher. you choose this at your own risk.
now that that's out of the way. part two, people. tell me what you are up to, give me your problems to solve, you guys know the drill. last time you all had such interesting insights and some of you are in dire need of therapy, but well. let's go.

i mean, i don't know how to do that myself, you guys tell me, i make it work. you can make them if you'd like? any left overs are given away, stored, or taken home by us, so i think it's fine.

And a bamboo steamer for it if you already have one, or one can be found. Steel will work if needed, but there's something about bamboo that always tastes better. And sure, I can make tomorrow work! Though I'll be seeing Chrissy first, I'll have to start before you're ready for the world. Maybe she'll have something she'll want the chicken for... or I can see what else strikes.
I'm sure once we get talking we'll be able to lay out whatever makes sense! I'm used to smaller scale meal planning, but making the more isn't hard. Just a matter of knowing what kind of more is needed.

we have one, i remember seeing it when i ran inventory. yeah, you'll be with chrissy for that part, but trust me, she's really nice. golden retriever energy. i'm more of a black cat type of person, it's a good balance.
yes, agreed. we don't make enough for all of etraya, but enough for meals to be handed out. you'll get the hang of it.

Perfect, we should be set! Chrissy sounds lovely already, I have a few friends back home with dog energy, it's great. Same with cat energy!
I'm sure I will. Never hurts to make more, and too much can be shifted around to people with the big appetites, no problem. I know we have to have a bunch of them, we have so many people with Evols or something like it. Need a lot of calories when you're burning through so many of them!

and, yeah. i'm pretty happy with the food part. it's the classes i want to organize most, because with all the shit that has been going on, i think we all could be more prepared. we got swordsmanship and ethics, and i guess i'm opening a space in the back for people to practice power shit or whatever.

Haa, I can see why if things like San Francisco come up again. Beyond swordsmanship, is anyone wanting to learn how to handle guns safely? Practice areas for powers makes sense too. I'd offer to help with that, but the way mine works is pretty nonsense for that context.

Can't say I've had a lot of it aimed my way, but that's fine. Worst you're going to get if it's a poke around kind of telepathy is a lot of stupid thoughts mostly about food. ( Pretty true, because Alex does think about food more than ... probably most people on average. That and fighting. Some homesickness these days. Food's at least here. ) Hah, trust me, when you know someone with a gravity evol, you get used to creative cheating when it suits them. Is it cheating, he'd say, or is it making use of inherent skills to tactical advantage? (It's definitely still cheating.)
