As for the announcement, the hospital now has a wing to treat magical maladies. Witch doctors and the like are welcome to come check it out. People with magical maladies also welcome to come get treated, I don't know how any of this shit works.

Joking aside, will you let me/us know when you figure out the machines to heal magical maladies? I have a friend who has a pretty severe disease, and if there is any way that I can help him, I want to. He told me that he knew someone who might have an idea on how to help, but didn't give me any details past that, so I haven't been able to follow up anywhere.

How many people are there here from your world? You, Joss Sweden, the serious guy with the bahamut username, Cid?

My brother Joshua and Barnabas' vassal Sleipnir are also here. The serious guy with the Bahamut username is Dion. So, in total, there are 6 of us. I don't think Sleipnir can suffer from lithification, so he likely won't need any care.

And it's Cid I'm worried about. As far as I am aware, Joshua hasn't had any issues with lithification yet. I don't know how advanced Dion's is or if Barnabas has any (not that he would let anyone help even if he did).

If it helps at all, I don't turn to stone no matter how much magic I have used. At least not so far and I am pretty liberal with my use. Barnabas also told me that I likely wouldn't lithify. I believe that he was telling me the truth.

We got a machine for it, not gonna say it's easy to use, but it looks close enough to the technology I'm used to.

I come from a world with no magic, but the description of the condition seemed similar to stuff I do know, so I thought there would be a similar treatment. Anyway, let him know I got it, come with him if he feels like it?

Maybe you can get him an emotional plushie, a woman named Alex was giving them away.

When a body part meant to clean blood impurities fails, there's a machine that can do the body part's job for it. The way your world's illness was described sounded similar enough, and one of the machines we got with the new wing seems to serve a very similar purpose.

That is amazing. I never imagined anything like this would even be possible. I'm sure you hear that a lot here, what with having people from all different points in time here.

Technology and what it can make is certainly impressive.
