[From somewhere offscreen, a voice that is distinctly not Daniil’s states:] This Etrayan shot me in an attempt to get information I did not possess. I would appreciate his removal from my presence.

Now- That’s not true at all. That is not the reason you were stopped. [Daniil now regrets making a video, but what’s done is done. ]

Ah… That makes so much sense. I didn’t realize. I’ll make an effort to be kinder, acting otherwise is beneath me.

Well. Hm, I’m sort of surprised to be explaining this to a young boy. Perhaps our cultures really are different. Classically, the one thing no boy wants to be is a girl. Not equated to, not perceived as.

But for myself, I am simply not a woman. It is a misunderstanding of my character and aesthetic. Moreover it is dangerous to be perceived as such as a man. Or it was in my time.

I just like fine clothing, is that such a crime? Should all men dress in rumpled grey rags? Avoid finery? I don’t think so, at least.

I doubt Nero knows of your clothing style or aesthetic choices.

Given the argument he was stepping into, I assume his comparison was being made between yourself and Belmont and your catty fight resembling girls fighting over who is prettier. It is a relatively popular trope. Are you familiar with the word "meme" yet? If not, I would familiarize yourself with it.
