As for the announcement, the hospital now has a wing to treat magical maladies. Witch doctors and the like are welcome to come check it out. People with magical maladies also welcome to come get treated, I don't know how any of this shit works.

You're not engaging with the premise of the problem. The trolley needs to roll over Joss Sweden to gain speed.

I need to grow out my mustache more to be a proper old time villain, I already got the mad scientist look going for me.

Nah, I'm solving the problem by presenting a third option: IE I jump in front of the trolley, dig my heels in, and stop the thing from hitting anybody, Swedens or Mannequins or otherwise!

(if you ever feel like going the olde-timey route, we have enough people from different universes and time periods here that I'm sure we could find you some mustache wax)
