There is much to be distracted by. Perhaps that is for the best.

Cameras all around sounds incredibly useful. I wish I had such a thing to check on experiments. And my work station. I swear, the number of times someone has touched something on my desk even with explicit instruction not to truly boggles the mind. But that’s technology far beyond what I’ve ever had access to back home.

As if every day of my life isn’t needlessly convoluted. But that sounds horrible in a way that is incompatible with my splitting headache, so I will let it go for now.

Fine, I trust that you believe this to be true. But you must understand, I am more of a “see it for myself” sort of man. I can’t go believing everything everyone tells me, especially not in these circumstances.

Let’s pretend I’m insane and I believe you and I have conveniently forgotten everything I know about evolution. If you did make humans, I have quite a lot of problems with the entire design and structure of them.

Why are we so short lived? So prone to disease?
