An SUV's not a bad idea. Hollow it out and use to carry a lot of stuff without a lot of concentration.

If anyone's got the means to produce or purify water, that should be a priority. We'll need about 7 gallons per person, but I have to assume there is water there, it just might not be clean.

I've been trying to puzzle out the water thing, too. On our last mission, clean water was really hard to come by for a chunk of us who got separated from the others.

I've gotten a couple good suggestions, for if it's not feasible to bring something to distill water with. Someone told me about Aqua Tabs that clean contaminated water, and I know there's those charcoal filter bottles.

Also got some less-pleasant feedback, like if for whatever reason we can't purify the water, maybe we should focus on bringing poison treatments instead.

We got brought to a society that was completely self-contained on some kind of high-tech train with a really strict caste system. We got sorted into the different social strata, and had to track down... some kind of king living on the train.

[ Admittedly, Dylan had been a little too focused on survival to pay attention to that part. ]

I got sorted into the lowest class. It was grimy and crowded, and there was barely enough food or water to go around — and what little we did get was pretty nasty.

I know it wasn't like that for everyone, though.
