I suggest when you're looking for a mate, take a good look at their shoulder-blades. Of course the one who has the loveliest shoulder-blades is already spoken for, but I encourage you to find second and third place. I think it's a worthwhile endeavor!

[Since there seems to be tension, Wen Kexing offers what comfort he can in the form of his flute. Sit back, close your eyes and listen. The piece in question is meant to soothe the mind, the body and soul, allowing for healing and restful sleep. But it's also rather sad; he isn't the sort of man that can play bright, happy songs, especially since he noticed one of his friends is missing.

Ah well. Such is the nature of this world.

People come and go. I don't even see the point of creating a memorial. Our time here is purposefully brief.

As Wen Kexing has so kindly made himself a menace in our new home, if he goes too far, I ask for a message to be sent to me. If that is too much a bother, send him my way. I am Zhou Zishu.

I am late in introducing myself to the masses, do forgive me. I am Wen Kexing and I hail from the same world as none other than Zhou Zishu!

I admire the adventurous spirits of the few I have met in person. What else shall we discover about our temporary abode? Are there tragic secrets that would break the strongest heart? Or perhaps treasure for us to carry home, to live like kings, like emperors once our tasks are done?

Remember, don't be greedy.

But he's going to play it carefully for now, not tip his hand just yet to see what he can find out about whatever trouble his past self was getting into.]

It's a pleasure to be here again- I've been told it's been a few weeks but apparently, time doesn't work the same way. If my math is correct, what has been weeks here has been years for me.

[And there is the whole different timelines/worlds thing but the one reassuring thing is that his alternate self is out there somewhere also making stupid reckless life choices.]

But I'm curious if anyone has experienced anything related to alternate timelines and parallel worlds- bonus points if you've met an alternate version of yourself either from another world or time.
